Tell us a little about yourself. Remember that you are not your weight. You are a unique human being that is either overweight, underweight, or at the ideal weight. Then post your experience with your weight. Are you comfortable in the skin you're in? How would you describe your weight-loss/gain goals? Are they reasonable? Do you know of someone who you consider to have an "ideal body?" If so, please elaborate on what makes their body ideal. Please respond to these questions and read the responses of other students in the class. Post a recent full body picture of yourself (this is not mandatory) and give encouraging words to at least two other students. Post these in the Fitness Transformation Community.
